1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YouTing application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use the App.

2. Nature of the Platform

YouTing is a networking and communication platform designed to connect social media creators, influencers, and local businesses. The App strictly provides a digital infrastructure. We do not conduct background checks on our users, nor do we verify the absolute real-world authenticity of their identities or intentions.

3. Zero Liability for User Interactions

The developers, publishers, operators, employees, contractors, and parent companies of YouTing (collectively, "Company") bear ABSOLUTE ZERO LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY for any outcomes arising from user-to-user interactions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Physical meetups, events, or real-world encounters.
• Financial transactions, collaborations, verbal contracts, or sponsorships arranged verbally or through the App.
• Disputes, injuries, emotional distress, harassment, defamation, or any damages whatsoever resulting from interactions with other users.
• Any incidents, crimes, tracking, stalking, or unlawful approaches resulting from the use of the App's location, GPS, or mapping features.

3.a. Location-Based Services Waiver

The App strictly depends on GPS and location data to connect users. By enabling location permissions, your relative or exact location is broadcasted to other users nearby. THE COMPANY ABSOLUTELY WAIVES ALL LIABILITY FOR HOW OTHER USERS UTILIZE THIS GEOLOCATION DATA. The Company is NOT responsible for physical stalking, uninvited approaches, burglary, or any physical harm that may occur due to your location being visible on the App. YOU ALONE are responsible for toggling your map visibility off if you feel unsafe. Furthermore, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of any user's location.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the App for illegal activities, solicitation, human trafficking, fraud, harassment, or distributing explicit or malicious content. The Company reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or ban any account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

By uploading content (text, images, locations) to the App, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the operation and promotion of the App.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for app downtime, data loss, or server interruptions.

7. Corporate Transfer Rights

In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of substantial assets by the Company, the Company reserves the absolute right to transfer, assign, or sell all user data, accounts, and platform assets to a third-party corporation or legal entity. Your continued use of the App constitutes consent to such transfer.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court.
